First let me say that I am not one of those people who complain. Im easy to please, I'm flexible and friendly. My first appointment went fine with Dr Webb. But my blood work was done on December 17th and I STILL don't have my results. I had a follow up appointment to get the results but was told that Dr Webb was still in surgery and after I arrived, they had to reschedule me. I went to my next appointment and was told i had to see woman named Janet so she could go over my blood work results and my diet per dr webb, BUT she was out sick all day and the office didn't bother to call to let me know. I found out when I arrived. Then, they told me to come back one hour later to see dr. webb and when I came back, he wasn't there. I left. And when I asked if they could just give me my results so I could take them to another doctor, the receptionist actually told me I would have to schedule another appointment to get my results. They failed to keep 2 appointments in one day and they WANTED ME TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER APPOINTMENT TO GET THE RESULTS I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET IN EACH OF THOSE MISSED APPOINTMENTS,. 2 months, 3 appointments, no blood work results still and not a single appointment kept by their office. Absolutely ridiculous.. They should fire their scheduling department and refund the money I lost by leaving work 3 times for appointments they didn't keep. I will NOT return.
