First and foremost, Renu is an outstanding medical spa that has consistently given me exceptional results. I have personally received multiple of their services; from a hydrafacial, to laser hair removal and even 3-4 per month electrolysis treatments. Needless to say, I am there quite a bit. Each and every time, I am beyond impressed and pleased by the staff's professionalism, knowledge, and skillset. The spa is tucked away in a scenic and calm area, yet very easy to locate and accessible; you'd never think that you were a mile in any direction from the highway/major roads. The inside is breathtaking, relaxing, and incredibly clean. You can immediately recognize the facility is equipped and capable of providing the advanced services one can only find at recognized medically directed spa. The equipment is top of the line, and they offer the top derm skincare brands in house for you to actually test, learn about, and purchase if you so choose. There is no pressure to buy anything; only honest, knowledgeable and genuine help. I have also become a frequent buyer of several products there; products that I normally would not buy due to inaccessibility or price; however the products are explained and presented so well it was a no-brainer to buy and I've been extremely happy with everything I have bought.

This leads me to the reason why I feel Renu is the beyond the best in class. Why I drive across the city almost weekly, why I work an extra shift to have a little more cash (btw their pricing is absolutely fair and they have financing options available for those who need it), and why my self confidence on the outside and, unexpectedly, in - has massively increased. That reason being the incredible team of women that operate Renu. Beyond the obvious technical skill and business savvy; the genuine compassion, kindness, and warm professionalism that I have been shown each and every time still blows me away. Yes, I'm aware it's (usually) standard for spas and the like to place and emphasis on customer service; which I can assure you, Renu has. However; no other spa, salon, or really any service based business I've been to -has made me truly feel like I am a part of their family, cared about, and respected; both as a client with a unique set of wants and needs out of a service; and as an individual beyond it. The very first time I walked into Renu, I instantly thought, "Oh Sh*t." Looks like I'm getting that "look" today. You know the one, the judge-y one, the she's not fancy enough one. Well, while I still am perhaps not the most elegant client :), I'm more than happy to report that I was, at one point, the most wrong about needing to be anything but myself.

If you are looking for top tier services with matching results, five star treatment without the pretentious looks, an efficient, effective, and enjoyable treatment; there is not one place I would recommend going over Renu Laser and Skin Care.
