Jan 12, 2026FRAUD - DO NOT GO HERE. I scheduled a basic VI-peel facial (which I've gotten before at several med/derm spas). They told me the charge would be $375-$400 which I agreed and signed to at my appointment and paid for at the appointment....then they will send you a doctors bill for an additional $175. Let me start by reiterating - this doctor fee was never discussed, it's in NONE of the papers that you sign and if I had known I would be charged for a doctor visit, I would have asked about skin concerns that I had (such as moles that I had never seen before and requested a full body scan as it can't be much more than $175...). Instead, I had to call repeatedly to let them know this was a standard VI Peel facial (google it - several places offer this standard facial) and no doctors services were provided, I don't get called back and just continue to be billed. Now they are threatening collections - save yourself the trouble and the money and book elsewhere.
