I am surprised to see that people had negative experiences with the staff and/or PAs. Each time I visited, they were welcoming, clear in describing next steps, and just efficient. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes, which isn’t long whatsoever.

I do think that the physicians should spend more time with the patients. Honestly, this would be a bad review if the medication I was prescribed did not work. I think how thorough the PAs are in asking questions and understanding the condition compensated for the 5-7 minutes I spent with the doctor, who ultimately wrote the script.
