Jan 13, 2026Did an appointment online, and when making the appointment they asked me what insurance I had and selected my insurance company. On the day of my appointment I got the Dr. Office and to my surprise they said they don’t accept my insurance, but I could opt to the an out of pocket. I asked them why they didn’t called me before as I would have not come... little disappointed with the service as they could have had done a better job getting in touch with me since they had all my contact information. Later on the lady seem my disappointment she said they called me, but I never received any call/voicemail from them.
It seemed a little sketchy and not sure if this might be some sorte of way to try to persuade me to use my out of pocket.
