Jan 10, 2026I have been to both locations and had bad experiences at each. The San Felipe location has extremely thin walls and I heard everything the patient before me was going through. I don't believe any hands were washed in between patients and certainly weren't washed before doing a biopsy on me.
The Kirby location has incredibly dirty rooms and the table where I had my surgical procedure done was not at all cleaned off before surgery was performed. I should have left before anything was done. That is on me. I will not be making that mistake ever again.
I got a second opinion from a much better dermatologist and found out that I didn't even need surgery in the first place. I will never go back here and I would not recommend Nigro Dermatology to anyone.
