Jan 13, 2026After 18 months of going to this practice, I have decided to go elsewhere. The office staff are unbearably rude, both when making appointments over the phone, when greeting, and when taking payments. There is usually a 20 to 30 minute wait each appointment. During my last appointment, I met Dr. Glogau for the first time (this was my 5th visit to his office) and found his care to be rather rushed and impersonal. He pretended to know and recognize me, even after I explained this was the first time he was meeting me. The only reason I enjoyed going to this practice was because one of his associates, Dr. Kane, was so professional and caring in her attentions during each prior appointment. Since Dr. Kane has moved to another practice, I have decided to move with her to continue my treatment.
