Jan 13, 2026Went for laser hair removal on my legs, the doctor didn't do a patch test at all. He just told me the next time I come in he would do it. He did laser on both legs which left burns in multiple places. I stayed calm and return to consult. He explained laser may not be for me. He said he would do chemical peels in attempt to remove the dark burns. I went in three weeks later for my peel and the office was dark and no one was there. I called two weeks straight with no luck. I then had to file a credit card dispute to get a refund for all the laser hair removal sessions I paid for in advance. Overall, I would say stay away, unprofessional, and very questionable practices.
