Currently very disappointed with how this places seems to run its business. I made a laser appointment weeks ago, and when I called today to ask about parking (which they weren't able to give a straight answer on) they mentioned offhand that their laser machine wasn't working and so my appointment was cancelled. Why they didn't tell me that proactively is beyond me. On top of that, they said they had no indication of my appointment and had they, they would have called me, which makes me question what the individual was doing when I made the appointment in the first place. Then, when I asked to reschedule, they said that they would call me next week to reschedule themselves. So - they didn't have my information to tell my appointment was cancelled, but they did have my number to call me back? Hopefully if and when I ever get to my appointments I'll have a better experience.
