This review pertains specifically to the audiology department. Absolutely awful service.
1. No one contacted me to inform me my earplugs were ready to be picked up. When I had the molds made, I was told to expect a call/email in three weeks.
2. No one answered the phone when I called over four weeks later. I tried multiple times.
3. No one returned my call when I left a message (I waited 3 days.)
4. No one was in the office when I arrived in person, leaving me and two other patients milling about the waiting room for at least 10 minutes before anyone could bother to check in at the reception desk.
Welcome to Kafka's Medical Facility. Should you have any audiology needs, I strongly recommend having them filled elsewhere.
