Hi to all reading this review and welcome to my journey. I 1st visited Dr. Choi in early 2019 after being diagnosed with stage 0 breast cancer and Braca 2 positive. I made the choice to have a bilateral mastectomy. When I met with Dr. Choi I had very large breast. Although I was ready for the mastectomy, I was not ready to lose my nipples. Dr. Choi saw my reaction, listened to my words and said ok, let's complete testing and let me study your breast. A few weeks later Dr. Choi was READY for the work! Fast forward a year later I am the proud owner of a new set of the most amazing breast I have ever seen in my entire life! Seriously, every part from scaring to volume to implant placement to my nipples, all is perfect! The steps Dr. Choi took to create my new breast were so personally designed to the details of every single conversation we had. After the first surgery, I went from being afraid of surgery to looking forward to the
next one. The few times I had to stay in the hospital longer than a day, Dr. Choi came to visit me and see how I was healing. She always talked to me from a realistic perspective, even focusing on things like me being African American and how scarring or healing shades can be different. The internet does not provide many images of woman that look like me with full reconstruction but, Dr. Choi and Brooke did everything they could to ease my mind. I ONLY cried twice in Dr. Choi's office, 1st when I thought I had to lose my nipples and 2nd, a year later when I saw my final results....tears of unbelievable joy!!!! My new breast look so amazingly sexy, they are exactly what I wanted. I wish I could attach a picture to show all of you. Wherever you are in your journey, rather it be strictly cosmetic or reconstruction... I highly recommend Dr. Choi and her team. They are amazing!
