Let me start by saying that Dr.Cutolo has great bedside manner. Him and his staff were incredible through out the entire process. Dr. Cutolo came highly recommended by a close friend who had her augmentation procedure about 10 years ago, She's had no complications and looks great! I am 39, 140 pounds, mother of two with tubular breasts & collapsed nipples, who apparently breast fed both kids more from one breast vs the other. My right breast was significantly smaller and weirdly shaped. I also have a mild form of scoliosis of the spine and have a mild deformation of my left rib. It has always been a hassle to shop for bras, bathing suits or clothes because one side was always off and had to be extra stuffed in order for any tops to look right. I decided to get the procedure to hopefully re-shape my chest and as a 40th birthday gift.

I've waited a year post surgery to write this review so i could properly describe my entire process. I have to start of by saying that i did not shop around for other surgeons. I went in for my consultation with Dr. Cutolo and after discussing the procedure with him for a lengthy hour, I felt completely comfortable and ready to move forward with the procedure. I loved my friends results and really felt like I trusted Dr, Cutolo.

We decided on 560CC's on both breasts, even though i had one smaller breast, we both felt it would be best for proper balance and not creating any future imbalances. It was decided that inframammary incision (underneath breast) would be the fastest healing and less complicated. For the re-shaping of each breast there would be a procedure where the tissue underneath breast would be sliced therefore widening it in ordered to make them round in shape.

I schedule my surgery a for a few weeks after consultation and they gave me all the information i needed to make sure i was sure of my decision. I also had to come in for a follow up Pre-surgery consultation to make sure i was sure of size, placement & results of entire process. There was also a visit to hospital to make sure i was physically prepared for surgery. They were very thorough with their examination and with pre & post surgery instructions. I am anemic and they made sure they figured out my blood type so that they could be prepared should their be any complications during surgery.

Surgery was all very smooth and ran on a timely manner. My after surgery results were as follows; Surgery was ambulatory so you go home right after surgery. I was very tired the following 24hrs. The pain was significant for about a week, getting up or any kind of arm movement was nearly impossible. I couldn't do many of the basic things required at home and for my self. like dressing...showering..etc. The back/neck pain was very intense for about a month. After the first month the healing process was lengthy, but tolerable. I am a personal trainer by profession so i had to take 3 weeks off of work in order to make sure i didn't have any complications. Even after the 3 weeks, once going back to work I've had to be very careful. I'm back to normal work outs, but i have to be very careful with managing weight and wearing proper support fro strength training and runs.My breasts have taken some time to loose all inflammation and be in the position of normal breast, but I've made sure i was diligent and followed all post surgery instructions, including post visits to Dr and proper care. And, I have to say after the lengthy year, discomfort and pain, it was totally worth it. My breasts are comfortably even in size, round and look amazing and i feel very confident with my shirt on or off. Dr, Cutolo and staff have been great through out this past year, by keeping up with my progress with regular follow up check ups and by making themselves available for any questions any time. I highly recommend Dr. Cutolo and his practice.
