Spent nearly 2K on a small area of treatment, after the allotted appointments hair growth was still happening and they wanted me to pay additional money for continued treatment, I did not, I then went to another laser hair removal company and began treatment again for over a year and still have significant hair growth nearly 3 years later. I was clearly not a good candidate for laser treatment and rather than be honest they just took my money. Very unhappy I only gave 2 stars because staff was always pleasant..
