Jan 7, 2026Very bad experience with their billing and Cici. Couple years ago my boyfriend bought me a package for PRP facial, he paid at the office and put it under my name. I came for an appointment a few weeks later, and they could not find this money under my name. After an hour of them telling me it never happened, made me feel bad and ridiculous. I yelled at my boyfriend. After this back and forth, Cici found she made a mistake in spelling. No one apologized for their mistake, made me look cheap. This year, we went for a 5 min consultation for my boyfriend with Dr. Turowski. Three weeks later, they are sending us a $200 bill, which they also tried to bill our insurance for without our consent. No one explained or disclosed to us the 5 min consultation would cost $200. I've never been to a doctor or a medical office in the US where they do not communicate billing in advance, and most offices make you sign an agreement before the appointment. This time Cici is saying they are not doing billing in the house. I don't care where you do your billing, this is your business and not an excuse.
