Jan 13, 2026I went for an hour and a half massage. Told the lady my neck & shoulder were causing me extreme pain & have a huge knot that she'd feel. She never once touched my neck. The head massage was nothing more than her parting my hair with her nails. Never once asked me if the pressure was ok.
When she told me she was done I was in more pain than when I came in. I told her my neck was hurting, she found huge knot & said "you should have told me". I did. Before I even told you my name. So she said she'd give me a coupon for $20 off my next massage. Guess what she never gave me.
Go elsewhere. Not worth the price. It's really sad to say but Massage Envy is better.
