The front desk staff told me that they would let me know if they did a procedure that was not covered by my insurance. I paid the $40 copay and then received a bill in the mail for $91. I called them up and they just kept giving me the run around. Ok, no big deal. I'll pay the $91. Fast forward 6 weeks and i get another bill for the follow up appointment that they asked me to go to. Now they send me a bill for $201! There is a HUGE lack of communication between the doctors and the front desk staff. I will pay my bill (reluctantly) and never return to this place again. I don't have a problem paying for services but at least tell me that my insurance isnt going to cover a portion of it.
