My daughter and I had the worst experience with this doctor. On our initial visit he expressed to us that he has never worked with HMO plans so he wasn't sure what he could do for my daughter based on our insurance coverage. I tried to keep a positive attitude by ignoring that fact that he was trying to tell us that we weren't the type of patients he is accustomed to work with because of our economic status. I went ahead and scheduled a follow-up with the same doctor because he had prescribed something for my daughters acne. I felt a follow-up appointment was needed to discuss the treatment regimen he prescribed. During our second appointment his latitude towards us didn't improve. He told us that he will no longer be seeing patients that have acne or eczema. He will be only focusing on skin cancer patients. He also expressed to us that he has more important patients to focus on and that he is back logged. I didn't realize we were such a burden. We only went to this facility because my daughters primary doctor referred us. My daughter will be going back to her primary doctor to get on going treatment. This has left a bad impression on my daughter that she has never experienced in her life.
