My family has been coming to the urgent care for almost a decade. The docs and clinical staff are experienced and knowledgeable. Sometimes the wait times are frustratingly long, but it can't be helped when several patients walk in at the same time.

I've never had a problem with coding or billing for the urgent care; my insurance has always paid promptly, and the front desk staff have thoroughly explained my charges when I've asked for clarification.

With so many doctors closing their doors or relocating after Harvey, KW Urgent Care has become an increasingly important part of my family's care delivery team. We often visit the urgent care because our PCPs' offices don't have same-day appointments available for illness or injury. (I've been to the other KW walk-in clinic, and the urgent care is far superior.)

We are so grateful to have a quality urgent care practice close by, and we are especially grateful that KW Urgent care is a local, physician-owned business. Too many practices are managed from the boardroom instead of the exam room these days.
