Jan 3, 2026Dr Price was very caring toward my son and took his time explaining the issue. Unfortunately, I had a less then pleasant experience with the staff. I was told my deductible hadn’t been met and that I needed to pay triple the standard copay. Since this was my ex-husband insurance I needed to confirm with him so I initially told the ladies I was going to reschedule. But I decided to go ahead with the visit and seek reimbursement later. One lady whispered to the lady who was dealing with me and then I was told I need to pay upfront before my son can be seen. Now mind you, they was about to place us in a room and didn’t ask for anything upfront before I requested to reschedule. Also, there is a sign that payment is due after the service is rendered. I expressed my discontent as I explained to them they are questioning my integrity to pay after the service. The lady said all first time patients must pay upfront. However, I confirmed with my friend who referred me and she said she never paid anything upfront as a first time patient. Due to this incident, I would not go back if needed in the future.
