I am an existing patient and called in to make my 6 month appointment. I was told that since I needed a 30 minute appointment instead of a 15 minute appointment I had to wait 2 months to get in as they didn’t have any 30 minute time slots open. I did have to wait this long for my first time visit and thought that was strange but knew it was a busy practice. If you have to wait this long for an existing patient appointment then it’s time to find a new dermatologist! This office nor any office is worth waiting that long, good or not! There are too many dermatologists in our area to select from...also waited 20 minutes on hold...doctors here are not that good! No thank you.
